Weekly Pay

Direct deposit paid weekly.

Paid Time Off

PTO is accrued starting at 15 days per year and increases with tenure. For hourly employees, PTO is accrued based on hours worked, PTO, holiday time, and overtime hours.

Paid Holidays

10 Additional Paid Company Holidays:

  • New Years Day,
  • Memorial Day,
  • 4th of July,
  • Labor Day,
  • Thanksgiving and the day after,
  • Christmas Eve,
  • Christmas Day,
  • and two extra holidays scheduled at the employer’s discretion.

Work hours and overtime

  • First Shift: Monday-Friday / 6AM – 2:30PM
  • Second Shift: Monday-Thursday / 2:25PM – 12:55AM

Second shift employees receive a $3/hr pay differential

Health, dental & vision

These benefits start at the first of the month following 60 days of employment for hourly employees.

Life insurance

New Way provides $75,000 of life insurance for our employees. The company also pays for life insurance of a spouse at $20,000 and children at $10,000.

Short term and long-term disability

New Way pays for both as long as an employee qualifies.

401(k) company matching

New Way matches half of what you contribute up to 6%. If you contribute 6%+, New Way contributes 3%.

Based on performance

Pay is determined by experience and performance, with annual performance-based increases.

Second shift differential

Second Shift employees receive a $3/hr pay differential.

Apprentice program

High school students that have completed their sophomore year and are at least 16 years old are eligible for apprenticeships in our production areas to learn a new skill or trade.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

New Way requires PPE in all areas of the production floor. This includes safety toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Reimbursements are available for boots and prescription safety glasses.
