New Way Trucks expands customer support across the western United States and Canada with the addition of Vimar Equipment, True North Environmental and MetroQuip to its distributor network.
SCRANTON, Iowa (Nov. 3, 2025) — New Way Trucks, one of the largest and fastest growing refuse equipment manufacturers in North America, is proud to welcome three leading environmental equipment providers as its latest distributor partners, expanding the company’s presence and customer support across the western United States and Canada.
MetroQuip, based in Meridian, Idaho, joined New Way’s network of distributors this past summer. Vimar Equipment, based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada—with its U.S. counterpart True North, based in Sumner, WA—joined as New Way distributors in October. With strong, well-established reputations for customer service and expertise in the environmental sector, MetroQuip, Vimar and True North will serve as key resources for sales and service for refuse haulers across the region, offering New Way’s full line of durable, high-performance refuse collection vehicles and parts.

- MetroQuip serves Idaho, eastern Washington, western Montana and northern Nevada.
- Vimar Equipment serves all of British Columbia, Canada, except the East Kootenay regional district.
